Don't miss this one of a kind event on Saturday, February 22, 2020 Malibu Divers will be hosting a dive team for the cleanup day at Catalina Island.

USC's Catalina Hyperbaric Chamber and Wrigley Institute for Environmental Studies - Catalina Conservation Divers are proud to host Catalina Island's 39th Avalon Harbor Underwater Cleanup, one of the largest annual dive events in Southern California. Take advantage of this unique experience to dive in the harbor all while doing your part to make Avalon Harbor clean! Proceeds support USC's Catalina Hyperbaric Chamber and Wrigley Institute Scientific Diving Program.
  
NOTE: to be on the Malibu Divers team, you must register and purchase in advance via this website link for the event before February 13th - choose Malibu Divers and Green Pier as the dive site location. (If you want to dive another dive site location, you must choose No team association.)

1) Catalina Express - Long Beach ticket - guaranteed for 6 am departure and 3:50 pm return (limited # of spots available)

3) Catalina Express (above) and Try a Full Face Mask before you buy AND be eligible for the best deals!
If you like the products, there will be an opportunity to purchase and get certified. After you go through a short briefing, we'll fit you with everything you need to dive. If you are doing Try Full Face Mask, you'll go in the water with a dive leader (no need to be certified in FFM) who will show you the basics on how to use FFM.
4) Catalina Express (above) & FFM certification: Divers (pre-registered) before the Cleanup Day will be automatically eligible to earn your FFM Specialty (and save) during this event. Sign up & do your one pool session on either January 4,5, 18,19, Feb 1, 2, 15, 16 if you want to get certified. One or two ocean dives with a Pro can be completed the day of the cleanup or at a later date or arrange for a private ocean training.$299 regularly $359 pp.
 
ALL DIVERS - come prepared with your SCUBA certification card, regular dive equipment (wetsuit, regulator, BCD, mask, snorkel, open heel fins, weights (plus a little extra if you're doing FFM), or get your rental gear from us. 

Rental gear is included as an option when signed up in advance.  You can pick it up the day before or arrange for concierge baggage services (additional fee). Cylinders can be rented from Malibu Divers or can be rented in Catalina at your cost.
