About the Course
Emergency First Response® primary and secondary care training teaches you what to do in the critical moments between when a life-threatening emergency occurs and when emergency medical services arrive.
Learn how to perform CPR, provide first aid that eases pain, assess a variety of injuries and illnesses and practice bandaging and splinting.

This course requires both independent self-study and in-person training. When you purchase online training from our website, the cost covers the self-study portion only.
Learn eight essential skills for helping others in an emergency. Get hands-on experience administering CPR using a special manikin, practice bandaging and splinting, and apply your new skills in a role-playing scenario.
There is an additional cost to complete your practical training with an EFR Instructor. The cost depends on class size, location and other factors. Contact us for more information and pricing.
For sanitary reasons, all students need their own set of personal barriers including, but not limited to, gloves, bandages for practical simulations, and a ventilation barrier.
Note: You cannot start the Rescue Diver in-water session before finishing your Rescue eLearning and EFR training, or you have a referral form that proves the completion of the class portions.
